Hey i was looking to have my 1990 300zx tt engine swaped. I plan to do it with a freind in a shop with all necessary tools. I was planning on getting the stage 1 engine from z1 for 4200 plus 250 for shipping. I was wondering if there was any other engines out there with simular specs that could compete with the quality of z1z engines. Also i was thinking of uprading the engines any suggestions. Im only 19 but im in the air force so my money isnt to weak. I was wondering what else i should upgrade or replace while i have the transmission and engine dropped. Also any tips or suggestions would be appriciated. I am a newb but i have been doin alot of searching and stuff. Just want to see what you guyz would do in my situation becuase i bought my car 2 months ago for 5000 cash and the timing belt snaped so basicly that suckes for me so i figured id upgrade wether than just getting a rebuilt moter... well thanks again ladies and gentlemen
